About The Position

Tom Boland Ford Inc. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team! If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in the automotive industry, we'd like to meet you.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required.
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus—we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
  • Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Prepare repair orders and obtain customer authorization.
  • Communicate repair progress, timelines, and costs with customers.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
  • Review completed work with customers and answer any questions.
  • Process payments and complete repair orders.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
