About The Position
Tom Boland Ford Inc. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team! If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in the automotive industry, we'd like to meet you.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus—we're willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
- Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare repair orders and obtain customer authorization.
- Communicate repair progress, timelines, and costs with customers.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
- Review completed work with customers and answer any questions.
- Process payments and complete repair orders.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
