About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Verifying that work performed and diagnosed was done properly.
  • Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
  • Inputting and maintaining customer information.
  • Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
  • Scheduling service appointments.
