About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Ford of Kenai. This role is crucial in building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The advisor will interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensure work is performed correctly, make educated recommendations based on vehicle history, maintain customer information, and schedule appointments. The position involves significant customer interaction, prioritizing repairs, and efficient task completion. Communication via telephone, email, and chat systems is expected throughout the day.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
A valid driver's license.
A good driving record.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
