About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to handle volume, communicate with confidence, and deliver a first-class customer experience. This opportunity is based in Richmond, BC at one of the province’s busiest dealerships. If you have at least 5 years of Service Advisor experience, a strong automotive dealership background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence working in a high-volume, fast-paced store
  • Strong organization and problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK is preferred and highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for service customers
  • Manage the service experience from check-in to follow-up
  • Communicate recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to keep work moving
  • Build trust with customers and drive repeat business
