Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
  • Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services
  • Communicate with customers about their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of all service work
  • Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly
  • Promote additional services and maintenance programs to customers
  • Collaborate with the parts and service team to ensure a seamless service experience
