The Service Advisor Trainee, also known as a Service Experience Associate (SEA), will assist with service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience. The SEA will be trained to complete necessary tasks throughout the service experience to ultimately improve overall communication and experience for clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

Responsibilities

  • Assist ASM with daily activities to ensure expedited client updates
  • Understand and utilize current and future systems (CDK, SDL, Text to Drive, Voile etc.)
  • Assist ASM by notifying clients when repairs are completed, and vehicle is ready for delivery
  • Assist with Service Drive Traffic
  • Assist ASM Team with greeting and starting Repair Order
  • Review, send, and schedule Express Pay
  • Review of next day appointments to provide an elevated experience at time of appointment
  • Process and submit extended warranty claims
  • Process and submit tire and wheel contract claims
  • Process and submit additional third-party coverage claims (Windshield, Dent, etc.)
  • Perform Outbound Special-Order Parts communication
  • Perform Outbound Campaign/Recall communication
  • Perform Outbound CSI follow ups
  • Engage in Lateral Support Training in other service operations
  • Handle Warranty and Booking processes
  • Manage Loan Car Process
