As a Sr. Sales Advisor, Pre-Owned, you will be an integral member of our team, focused exclusively on Rivian Pre-Owned (RPO) vehicles. You will build relationships with prospective customers and expand the Rivian community by helping customers discover, select, and purchase pre-owned Rivians that fit their needs. You will own the customer journey end-to-end, from initial interest and lead qualification, through demo drives and vehicle selection, to order, financing/trade-in coordination, paperwork, and delivery of the pre-owned vehicle. You will educate and inspire customers through on-site interactions, demo drives, phone, text, and email, leveraging Salesforce to maintain a healthy, active pipeline and ensure no opportunity is left behind. To be successful in this role, you bring a customer-first mindset, thrive in fast-changing environments, and are motivated by delivering results. You’re passionate about EVs and the Rivian brand, and you’re excited to build a competitive, collaborative sales culture around Rivian’s pre-owned offering.
