About The Position

Priority Infiniti is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the service drive, assessing concerns, communicating with technicians, and providing estimates and updates. The goal is to build trust and ensure an exceptional service experience from drop-off to delivery. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong track record of follow-through and attention to detail
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
