About The Position
Buchanan Subaru is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Pocomoke City, MD. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring excellent communication and service throughout the vehicle maintenance process. You will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate timely service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience clearly.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive repair workflows and terminology preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle service concerns and needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services and repairs clearly.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns professionally and promptly.
- Process service orders, payments, and other administrative duties.
