About The Position

Moyer Auto Group is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor to join their high-volume service team. This role is for individuals who are driven, organized, and motivated by performance-based pay, offering an opportunity to earn strong income while building a long-term career with a stable dealership group. The Service Advisor will own the customer experience from start to finish, including greeting customers, documenting repair concerns, scheduling technician workflow, presenting recommendations, maximizing technician productivity, following up with customers, coordinating loaner vehicles, and maintaining high CSI scores and long-term customer relationships. This is a fast-paced position requiring attention to detail, organization, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor or Service Writing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (in person & phone)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Clean driving record
• Willing to work some Saturdays
• Dealership experience is preferred, but strong customer-focused professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
