About The Position

Dams Ford Lincoln is growing its service team and is looking for experienced Service Advisors to thrive in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment. With over 25 service bays, Dams Ford Lincoln is one of the largest service providers in the Surrey/Langley market, ensuring steady customer traffic and strong shop capacity. This role offers a real opportunity for Service Advisors who can keep customers informed, manage repair orders efficiently, and maintain a smooth service drive. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, understands the service process, and excels at clear communication from vehicle drop-off to pickup. You will serve as the primary link between the customer and the shop, actively listening, explaining service needs, collaborating with technicians, and ensuring customers feel confident throughout the service experience.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence explaining repairs, pricing, and timelines
  • Organized, calm, and professional under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Ford/Lincoln and CDK experience are assets

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process
  • Review vehicle concerns and open repair orders
  • Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates
  • Work closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and service leadership
  • Follow up with customers and help maintain strong CSI results
  • Build long-term customer trust through clear, professional communication
