Honda Aberdeen has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their team! Our Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves greeting customers, determining the course of action for vehicle service, obtaining customer authorization, writing up service needs, and providing accurate estimates for cost and completion time. The Service Advisor must communicate effectively with customers regarding necessary repairs or maintenance, possess knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies, and keep customers informed of their vehicle's prognosis. Additionally, the role includes calling customers to set appointments and answering telephones in a timely manner, as well as attending required training and department meetings.
