Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area.
- Listen attentively to customer vehicle concerns and conduct thorough inspections.
- Proactively check for recalls and retrieve crucial vehicle information.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates.
- Perform administrative duties, including submitting documentation for warranty repair orders and handling customer relations, on a per-need basis.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
- Prepare detailed repair orders.
- Obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor repair work to ensure timely completion.
- Review completed jobs, collect payments, and efficiently close out service orders.
