About The Position
Ciocca GM of Flemington is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated automotive service advisor to join its growing team. The Service Advisor supports customers throughout the service process, oversees service orders and drive-lane flow, and coordinates work with technicians. The role offers commission-based earning potential of $70,000–$90,000 annually and is full-time, including some Saturdays.
Requirements
- A consistent record of service and sales success.
- A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are handled appropriately.
- Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
