About The Position

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. You will serve as the trusted link between customers and technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an experience that feels supportive, informed, and efficient. Requirements

Professional appearance and strong customer presence
Excellent communication skills — written & verbal
Ability to confidently recommend and sell service
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
Able to pass a drug test
Able to pass a criminal background screening

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with a smile and deliver a premium check‑in experience
Write and manage repair orders with complete, accurate documentation
Present maintenance & repair recommendations clearly and ethically; gain approvals
Follow up on declined work to ensure safety and retention
Own the service lane flow: appointments, walk‑ins, updates, and promise times
Coordinate with warranty providers and keep guests informed at every step
