About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is seeking a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team. This role involves managing service department work orders, assisting with shop workflow, checking in equipment for repair, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, enjoys working in a team, and has a positive attitude. This position operates Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee service and warranty work orders.
  • Assist in shop workflow.
  • Check-in equipment for repair.
  • Assist customers.
