As a Service Advisor you can expect to join a team of the very best technicians in the Greater Grand Rapids area. We offer a stable, secure, and safe working environment. We're a very busy shop and need your help to propel us to the next level. Plus our pay and benefits rock! What does a Service Advisor Level 3 do? As a Full-Time Service Advisor Level 3 at Community Automotive Repair, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers and assessing their automotive needs while working closely with skilled mechanics and technicians. You will gather information to diagnose issues and prepare service recommendations that align with the expertise of our master technicians. Anticipate managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while ensuring a smooth flow of work in the shop. Communication is key, as you will provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and explain necessary repairs or maintenance in layman's terms. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to develop strong relationships with customers and contribute meaningfully to their automotive experience.
