About The Position
This role represents a mid level strategic procurement position within the companies purchasing organization. The Buyer Level 3 is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization in support of manufacturing operations, with direct impact on production continuity, cost control, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities
- Issue and manage purchase orders for materials, components, and equipment
- Track supplier deliveries and ensure alignment with production schedules
- Conduct ongoing supplier communications to resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
- Review and update MRP/ERP system data for accuracy and planning purposes
- Evaluate supplier performance using scorecards and reporting tools
- Support sourcing projects, RFQs, and supplier negotiations
- Lead or support resolution of supplier-related issues impacting operations
