We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Entry Level Buyer to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily purchasing operations, process direct ships and special orders, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
No experience necessary. We will train you
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work productively with little supervision
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

Process direct ships and special orders accurately and in a timely manner
Create part numbers as needed
Work with warehouse personnel and other employees as needed to ensure meeting company service goals.
Communicate with upper management proactively and often to ensure we are meeting company service goals.
