About The Position

Armory CDJR Fiat of Albany is looking for motivated and experienced administrative professionals to add to the team! A Service Administrator oversees and coordinates the daily operations of a service department. They bridge the gap between customers, field technicians, and management by managing work orders, billing, and customer inquiries to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Requirements

Strong ability to multitask, schedule, and manage high volumes of documentation.
Excellent verbal and written skills for handling customer complaints and liaising with technical teams.
Experience with service management software, CRM systems, and spreadsheet programs like Excel
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Create, track, and close out customer work orders and repair tickets in collaboration with the Service Manager.
Compile paperwork, price services, process invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping or purchase order tracking.
Greet clients, field incoming calls or emails, schedule appointments, and assist in resolving service-related complaints.
Track parts availability, order necessary supplies, and manage technician timesheets.
Maintain detailed customer records, warranty claims, and service logs, often utilizing CRM software.
