The administrator will be responsible for identifying customer needs, gathering pertinent information, providing quotes, developing claims, preparing repair plans, and providing status updates on repair work. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and creating work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty purposes, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
