About The Position

We are looking for a Service Administrator (Contract, Remote Role) to provide essential administrative and operational support to the service team at a leading global engineering and industrial solutions company. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, structured environment. Employment Type: Contract role (5 months) with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the issuance and processing of purchase orders (POs).
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of service-related documents.
  • Assist in handling basic customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile and prepare engineer service reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed.
