About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team in Fremont, CA. This position is entry-level and offers great upward mobility potential. As a Service Administrator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures customers have a great experience when their equipment is repaired or serviced at Pape’. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing service department work, preparing repair estimates, providing excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, and assisting with dispatching technicians. To thrive in this role, you must be a detail-oriented person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team
