About The Position

TRIDON COMMUNICATIONS IS SEEKING A HIGHLY ORGANIZED, HANDS-ON SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR TO SUPPORT OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN HINTON, ALBERTA. THIS IS MORE THAN AN OFFICE ROLE — YOU’LL COORDINATE TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE JOBS, ASSIST WITH SHIPPING AND RECEIVING, AND GAIN EXPOSURE TO TECHNICAL WORK INCLUDING CLEANING, BASIC PROGRAMMING, AND LEARNING TO REPAIR RADIO EQUIPMENT.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of customer service or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in both office and light technical environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (NetSuite an asset)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter
  • Coordinate technicians, schedules, and service jobs
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment
  • Maintain service logs and track field data in NetSuite
  • Support billing, LEM entry, and reconciliation of service orders
  • Help ensure all parts and labour are properly accounted for
  • Assist with cleaning, staging, and learning to program and repair radios
  • Travel between Hinton and Edson may be required
