Rite-Hite Service Administrators support the Service Department, Sales Department, and customers, through the timely entry of parts and related orders and preparation of invoices. The successful candidate will achieve timely acquisition of parts and material to meet installation, service and PMP schedule, maintain inventory within acceptable levels, and accurate and timely processing of service jobs. In addition, the Service Administrator monitors the service system and generates invoices for completed service jobs, ensuring customer invoicing requirements are met, helping to ensure the timely payment of invoices.
