About The Position

This internship provides administrative assistance to various teams within the Service department, focusing on improving standard work documents and learning about Trojan products and support processes. It serves as a shared resource for the technical assistance center and service operations teams, offering a growth opportunity in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Document standard work processes and develop continuous improvement opportunities with the technical team.
  • Provide articulate instructions and guidelines for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Utilize OneNote to build a database of product knowledge and troubleshooting aids.
  • Update and rewrite existing troubleshooting aids using standard templates and formatting.
  • Update standard commissioning documents for new UV systems.
  • Identify and escalate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist team members with workspace management and 5S/cleanup activities in the lab.
  • Assist with mechanical assembly of equipment simulators and test stands.
  • Collaborate with Parts Sales, Service Operations, Field Service, and other related departments.
  • Potentially travel to customer sites as part of skill development.
