Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial services, service account management, and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering against retention and growth targets.
  • Technical understanding of industrial services and field operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Set and exceed profit, retention, and performance targets in collaboration with the Business Manager.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand service scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, owning the full client relationship.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through consistent engagement, performance reviews, and proactive communication.
  • Oversee technical and operational delivery to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular client visits and satisfaction reviews, including onshore/offshore site assessments.
  • Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client's operational goals and service needs.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of contracts and services across all assigned accounts.
  • Provide regular performance reporting covering HSEQ, financial, and technical metrics.
  • Manage change effectively and optimize operational processes to improve service delivery outcomes.
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Identify and pursue new service opportunities within existing accounts and across adjacent industrial sectors.
  • Leverage industry relationships to support lead generation and vendor approval processes.
  • Ensure Altrad Sparrows remains an approved and preferred vendor with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support contract renewals and expansions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
  • Own and execute business plans for assigned client portfolio.
  • Manage account-level budgets and forecasts in alignment with regional targets.
  • Promote the full range of Altrad Sparrows services to maximize account value.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and working groups.
  • Assist in identifying and hiring qualified personnel to support account needs.
  • Champion a strong safety culture across all client engagements.
  • Partner with HSEQ teams to ensure compliance with all safety standards and client requirements.
