About The Position
Servers at The Club at Pradera welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. They contribute to a fast-paced, enjoyable food and beverage operation and help ensure guests and members have a positive experience. The role requires ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS alcohol server training. Arcis Golf describes its team as inclusive, service-oriented, and respectful. Perks may be subject to employee contributions and may vary based on eligibility and location. The listed pay range is $12.14–$26.00.

Responsibilities
- Understand the menu, offer recommendations, and answer guest questions.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar.
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders.
