About The Position

Arcis Golf is hiring servers and bartenders at The Club at Pradera in Parker, Colorado. The role supports the club’s food and beverage operations by welcoming members and guests, taking orders, and providing an exceptional dining experience. Team members are expected to anticipate needs, build connections, and help create an enjoyable experience for guests. Servers should understand the menu, make recommendations, answer questions, communicate orders effectively to the kitchen and bar, address guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience, and keep work areas clean and organized. ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS alcohol server training are required. The position offers a pay range of $12.14–$26.00. Listed lifestyle perks may vary by eligibility and location and may require employee contributions.
