About The Position

Belfair, a premier private community in Bluffton, North Carolina, is hiring a Server to help create memorable dining experiences for members and guests. The role involves attentive, personalized hospitality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across Belfair’s food and beverage outlets. Compensation is $22 or more per hour, including base pay and service charges. The posting offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and notes that most shifts end by 9–10 PM, with no late-night shifts.

Belfair is managed by Troon and features two championship golf courses and a hospitality-focused private club environment. Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and properly presented.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.
