About The Position

Belfair is hiring a Server to create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment. The role serves members and guests at Belfair, a private community with two Food & Beverage outlets, including a renovated Bistro. The posting describes full-time and part-time opportunities; this listing announces a full-time opportunity.

Compensation is $22+ per hour, including base pay and service charges. Most shifts end by 9–10 PM, with no late-night shifts. Associates receive training and professional development opportunities and work in a supportive environment focused on hospitality, respect, growth, and collaboration.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and properly presented.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.
