About The Position

The Server at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge provides elevated, full-service dining and hospitality. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, building relationships, anticipating needs, and bringing positive energy to each shift. Servers are expected to take ownership of their sections, maintain high standards, work collaboratively with teammates, and contribute to a strong hospitality culture. The position requires a solid understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards, along with professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn and improve.
