About The Position

The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills, work well as part of a dynamic team, bring energy and attention to detail, and have a positive personality.

Servers must be able to lift 15–30 pounds, handle cash transactions, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Work hours may be full-time or part-time, depending on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. The role requires participation in a mandatory tip pool: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
