Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience. Servers need strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. Servers must handle cash transactions, lift 15–30 pounds, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace with guests during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. Participation in a mandatory tip pool is required: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
