Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers to connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience. Servers need strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a dynamic team, energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. Work hours may be full-time or part-time, based on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. Servers must participate in a mandatory tip pool, contributing 3% of net sales from each shift to other qualified tipped employees.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

- Ability to lift 15–30 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the length of a shift.
- Ability to keep pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights.
