Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience that encourages guests to return. Servers need strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. Team members must be able to lift 15–30 pounds, handle cash transactions, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on available shifts and management discretion. Participation in a mandatory tip pool is required: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
