Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience. Servers need strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a dynamic team, lots of energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on work-shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. Servers must participate in a mandatory tip pool, contributing 3% of net sales from each shift to other qualified tipped employees.
Requirements

- Ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for the length of a shift.
- Ability to keep pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights.
