About The Position

The Server at The Valorian Los Angeles delivers exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role involves guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving food and beverage orders, anticipating guest needs, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to provide timely, personalized service. Servers also maintain clean and organized dining areas and accurately process guest payments. This position is seasonal and on-call.

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
