Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience that encourages them to return. Servers need strong communication skills, energy, attention to detail, and an engaging personality, and must be able to work as part of a dynamic team. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, are based on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. The role requires participation in a mandatory tip pool: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing, upbeat, energetic personality and great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 15–30 pounds.
- Ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for the length of a shift.
- Ability to keep pace in both casual and busy dining periods.
