This role is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. The Server will set up their assigned station, greet guests professionally, and suggestively sell menu items to enhance the dining experience. They will accurately record guest orders, coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation and delivery, and monitor the quality and presentation of food items. The Server will serve food and beverages according to Loews standards, anticipate guest needs, and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities also include preparing and presenting guest checks, processing payments, completing end-of-shift reports, and performing assigned side work duties. Additionally, the Server is expected to promote teamwork, communicate effectively, execute emergency procedures, comply with safety regulations, attend meetings and training, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to hotel policies, uniform, and grooming standards.
