This role is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. The Server will set up their assigned station, greet guests professionally, and suggestively sell menu items to enhance the dining experience. They will accurately record guest orders, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation and delivery of courses. The Server will monitor food presentation to ensure quality, serve food and beverages according to Loews Standards, and anticipate guest needs. Additionally, they will prepare and present guest checks, process payments, complete end-of-shift reports, and perform assigned side work duties. The role also involves promoting teamwork, promptly reporting any issues, and adhering to hotel standards for safety, cleanliness, and conduct.
