About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
