About The Position
Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and personalized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making Guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
