Server - Orem Chili's
About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role calls for a positive approach to Guests and coworkers, quick thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a commitment to making every Guest’s experience feel personal. Prior experience is a plus.

- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
