About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing warm hospitality and service. The role welcomes Guests, manages the wait list, directs telephone calls, communicates Guest concerns to management, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Hosts should be friendly and caring, work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and be able to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays when needed. No experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
