About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing warm hospitality and service. The role focuses on welcoming Guests, helping manage restaurant flow, communicating concerns, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining restaurant company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service- and hospitality-focused culture.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
