About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, working with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; prior experience is a plus.
