Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Chili’s Guests, helping create a welcoming dining experience through knowledgeable menu guidance and attentive service. The role involves working with other Team Members, completing opening and closing duties, and contributing to a safe environment. Candidates should enjoy making Guests feel special and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Some weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required. Prior experience is a plus.
