About The Position

Chili’s Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, work with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere.
