About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at The KentRidge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and a starting wage of $15-$21 per hour. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
